At Bikestelle, we care about your experience and aim for your full satisfaction. We offer exchange only in the following cases:
🔄 When we accept exchanges:
1. You received a different item than what you ordered (e.g., wrong model or color)
2. There is a technical defect or manufacturing issue with the bike or accessory
⏳ Timeframe to request an exchange:
You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
📝 Exchange conditions:
You must contact us within the allowed period and provide clear photos showing the issue.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
We will cover the return shipping cost only if the mistake is on our side or there is a confirmed technical defect.
❌ We do not accept:
Exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
Items that have been used or assembled.
